1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account on the pjsky Platform, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other rules, regulations, and policies posted on the Platform or communicated to you by pjsky. These documents collectively govern your relationship with pjsky and your use of our services.

pjsky reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such modifications. If you disagree with any modified terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You agree to provide only accurate and current information and to update such information promptly if it changes.

You may register only one (1) account per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pjsky reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void associated transactions, forfeit balances, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

2.3 Account Verification

pjsky requires identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and any additional documentation reasonably requested by pjsky to verify your identity, age, and location. Failure to complete verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges, account restrictions, or account closure.

You authorize pjsky to conduct verification checks through third-party services and government databases to confirm your identity and prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Password Protection

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify pjsky of any unauthorized access to or use of your account or any other breach of security. pjsky shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.2 Account Activity

You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree not to allow any other person to use your account or to access the Platform using your credentials. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting pjsky customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds from your account balance. pjsky reserves the right to close or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, prolonged inactivity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In the event of account closure initiated by pjsky, you will be notified and given reasonable opportunity to withdraw legitimate funds, subject to any applicable restrictions or pending investigations.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 Deposit Methods

pjsky accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method as specified on the Platform. You agree to deposit only funds that are legally obtained and rightfully belong to you.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly or within minutes depending on the payment method selected. pjsky is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions. Deposits made using stolen payment methods, fraudulent funds, or through unauthorized use of another person's payment instruments will be reversed, and your account will be permanently closed.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the pjsky Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate determined by our payment processors. Currency conversion fees may apply.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

pjsky maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with Philippine law. You may be required to wager deposited funds a minimum number of times before withdrawal. Suspicious deposit patterns, rapid deposits and withdrawals without gameplay, or other activities indicative of money laundering will trigger enhanced due diligence procedures and may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification requirements and compliance with applicable wagering requirements. Processing times may be extended for enhanced verification, large withdrawal amounts, or during periods of high volume. Bank transfer and cryptocurrency withdrawals may require additional processing time.

5.3 Verification Requirements

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, pjsky requires verification of your identity, age, and residential address. You agree to provide all requested documentation promptly. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

pjsky reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification requirements;
• Suspected fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms;
• Pending investigation of unusual betting patterns or suspected abuse;
• Unfulfilled bonus wagering requirements or other promotional terms;
• Requests for information or documentation remain outstanding;

5.5 Fees

pjsky does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider, bank, or e-wallet service.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

pjsky offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards programs to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and withdrawal conditions. Bonus terms are provided at the time of offer and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers is strictly prohibited. The pjsky name, logo, and all related names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of pjsky.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without express written permission from pjsky.

Unauthorized use of pjsky's intellectual property may result in civil liability and criminal prosecution under applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pjsky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of use, or loss of goodwill, whether arising from breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

pjsky's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

pjsky is not responsible for failures or interruptions in service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless pjsky, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation;
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights;

• Any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity conducted through your account;
• Any dispute between you and another player or third party.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

13. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. pjsky's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
